I. Scope of the agreement

When using this service, the user undertakes to accept and abide by this agreement. Soft Sugar has the right to formulate and modify this agreement from time to time as needed. If there is any change in this agreement, Soft Sugar will update the app and notify users in a prominent way. If the user does not agree with the relevant changes, please stop using the service. Once the revised agreement is published in the application, it will automatically take effect immediately. 1.1 Content of the service
This service refers to the portrait beauty service we provide to users through SenseMARS Effects.
1.2 Process of service
Users can confirm their agreement to this agreement, the "Senseeffect Personal Information Protection Policy" and other relevant agreements, policies and rules at Senseeffect.
Senseeffect will obtain your photos (possibly including face photos) through the camera or photo album function of your mobile device.
SenseMARS Effects will upload the face photo you provided to our opencloud server/mobile device for local processing, and generate a picture with the style effect you choose.
- We will return the processed pictures to you in time, and delete the original pictures and processed pictures on the opencloud server in time after you save them locally.
III. User rights and obligations:
Users have the right to legally use this service, but should abide by the following rules.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Comply with this agreement, the "SenseMARS Effects Personal Information Protection Policy" and other relevant agreements, policies and rules.
3. The following information may not be produced, reproduced, viewed, transmitted and stored using this service:

4. Do not use this service to engage in the following acts

For the transaction or registration-related problems encountered by the user in the use of the service and the situation reflected, SoftSugar will respond in a timely manner;

V. Intellectual Property
SoftSugar is the intellectual property right holder of SenseMARS Effects. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights of this service, as well as all information content related to this service (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout framework, related data or electronic documents, etc.) are protected by local laws and regulations and corresponding international treaties, and SoftSugar enjoys the above intellectual property rights. **For the avoidance of doubt, the legal rights of the content recorded or generated by the user's independent use of the software are enjoyed by the user himself. **
**With regard to the content of intellectual property rights owned by Soft White, without the consent of Soft White, users shall not directly or indirectly publish, play, rewrite or redistribute in any media for the purpose of playing or publishing, or use for any other commercial purpose . VI. Amendment and Termination of Service Agreement

VII. Damages

Reasonable and necessary attorney fees, travel expenses, litigation fees, arbitration fees, compensation, settlement, mediation, fines and other rights protection expenses.
You have agreed that you may not unilaterally settle a lawsuit brought against a third party jointly by you and the company, unless you obtain the written consent of the company.
In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of this agreement.
VIII. Scope of responsibility and disclaimer:

In the event of any conflict between the terms of the agreement and the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, these terms will be completely reinterpreted in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations, and other terms of this agreement are still legally binding on SoftSugar and users. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be brought to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed.
